Ordering Labels
When preparing an order we recommend the order be typed and printed before being forwarded to us.
This avoids misinterpretation of handwriting.
When ordering labels 2 sets of information are required
Set 1: Business Information
Required: Business Name, Person Name, Contact Phone, Postal Address, Delivery Address,
Optional: Order Number if used, Logo if required, Barcode system if required
Set 2: Product Information
For each product:
Product Name, (required)
Product Description (required if not in the database).
Number of labels required. (required)
Label code i.e. type of label to use (refer to the label formats and labels codes) (required)
Label reference code if required (optional)
Barcode if required. (optional)
Retail price if required. (optional but recommended)
Special price if required. (If a special price is required you must also supply a normal retail price.) (optional)
Pricing
Sum the total number of labels required. If ordering by post or fax.:
Calculate the price
Price = Total Labels X $0.12 X 1.125
The 1.125 will give the GST inclusive price. Send the order making sure it includes a contact phone number, and preferred method of payment. Methods of payment include cheque, internet banking, or credit card.
Labels delivered or posted are 12c + GST each.
Labels collected are 10c + GST each.
Once payment is received labels will be printed and dispatched. A tax invoice/receipt will be supplied with the labels.
