advantages of an online store are a potentially national market rather than a limited local market, and online photos can assist with selling stock all year
rather than relying on the traditional flowering season. Also, being part of a network may be useful when it comes to product distribution.

Cost
The cost of opting into the system including having your own Payless Plants online store is $80.00 + GST per month. This entitles an online store to list up to 100
product lines including up to 3 photos per product. If 101 to 200 product lines are listed the cost is an additional $50.00 + GST per month, and similarly
for each further block of 100 product lines. Much of the fee is to cover storage costs of photo files on the server.
There are no contracts or set up fees and no comission fee on sales. A proprietor can withdraw their business from the Payless Plants system at any time, in
which case the business is to stop using the Payless Plants brand name and the relevant online store will be closed.
General Policy
Any business or person opting into the Payless Plants system will need to agree to abide by any General Policy regarding Payless Plants. The general policy
will be written as required by the directors of Associated Land Management Ltd, and used to specify standards to protect the integrity of the Payless Plants
brand name. The general policy will be under constant review, and can be updated at any time.
