PFPNet Tunnels Subcommittee Meeting Date Announced

The PFPNet Technical Subcommittee for Tunnel fire protection will hold its next online meeting on Wednesday 3rd November, starting at 1pm UK time, 2pm European time. Over the past months the tunnels subcommittee has tackled a number of subjects relating to tunnel fire safety – including publishing papers on passive versus active fire protection. The November meeting will discuss a number of subjects, including current and future standards and codes, which will impact safety requirements along with other subjects of interest – such as the effect of physical damage and the impact of that on fire protection capability.
